1. Our Core Privacy Philosophy
At State Insurance Calculator, we believe consumers deserve access to accurate insurance financial estimates without trading their privacy. We do not ask for, collect, store, or sell your name, phone number, email address, physical address, driver's license number, or Social Security number.
2. Browser-Local Execution
All calculator math and algorithmic factor modeling runs entirely within your web browser using client-side TypeScript. Your selected state, vehicle type, and driver history are processed in memory and are never transmitted to our servers or saved in a remote database.
3. Local Storage
We use browser localStorage solely to remember your display appearance preference (light or dark mode) across browser visits. No personal profile data or calculator answers are stored.
4. No Data Sharing or Broker Sales
We are not a lead generation clearinghouse. We do not sell insurance leads to third-party telemarketers, insurance companies, or data brokers.
5. Hosting & Server Logs
Like all websites hosted on static content delivery networks (such as Cloudflare Pages), standard non-identifying technical web logs (IP address, browser user-agent, requested URL timestamp) may be logged for security protection and DDoS mitigation.
